Leverage Toptracer’s title sponsorship of the annual Professional Golfers’ Association (PGA) Show Demo Day by initiating onsite activations to host attendees, range owners and media, and generate leads to prospective customers.


Together with the Toptracer team, The Brand Amp worked to build out three distinct activation spaces across the week of the PGA Show to support the sales and public relations efforts.

The Brand Amp worked to build out a massive premium footprint at PGA Show’s Demo Day event, outfitted with nine hitting bays to showcase Toptracer’s range and mobile solutions for their ball-tracking technology. The PR team hosted one-on-one media appointments with Toptracer executives and organized an exclusive “closest-to-the-pin” competition for media to experience the technology first-hand.

Following Demo Day, The Brand Amp team transformed a standard convention center space at the PGA Show Expo into a branded sales hub, complete with a check-in and waiting area, catering, and multiple private meeting rooms for Toptracer sales executives to connect with existing and prospective customers over the course of three days.

The Brand Amp also worked with TopGolf Orlando to coordinate an exclusive Toptracer Range Owner’s event, hosting more than 70 Range Owners and their guests for a celebratory dinner with Toptracer’s CEO and a chance to network with fellow range owners.


Over the course of the four-day activation, Toptracer secured more than 20  interviews and had the sales teams most successful year to date, generating a significant number of leads and signing new accounts as a direct result of their networking at PGA Show. After a successful campaign to build brand awareness in 2019, Toptracer’s brand recognition came to fruition through their impactful presence at PGA Show 2020.
