12 Aug KAISER PERMANENTE – MONTH OF ACTION
The Biden administration declared a Month of Action with a goal of vaccinating 70% of U.S. adults by July 4. To support the White House’s effort and incentive vaccinations, Kaiser Permanente launched the ImmUNITY Sweepstakes. Their vaccinated members and anyone they vaccinated for COVID-19 by July 9, 2021, had the chance to win 1 of 1,000 rewards. Kaiser Permanente challenged The Brand Amp to build out their sweepstakes in its entirety: Design, prize messaging, prize management and fulfillment.
TBA created streamline communication paths for their winners and honed in on strategic methods to fulfill these prizes efficiently. By creating a guided communication path, for all prizes, we were able to get winners feedback quickly and efficiently answering any questions they had.
In total, TBA reached out to 973 potential winners and fulfilled 501 prizes. Although we did not fulfill the 1,000 prizes, we were able to provide something for their members at a trying time. Winners were requested to complete a questionnaire regarding their vaccination story, the amount of interaction we got with this questionnaire was extremely successful due to participant excitement.
